The Aiken Hounds have recently made the switch from crossbreds to Penn-Marydels. As we are limited to hunting 10 couple of hounds at any one time, we keep approximately 13½ couple of Penn-Marydel Hounds.

AH was very fortunate to have drafted a number of lovely hounds from Red Mountain, Sedgefield, Golden's Bridge and Shackrag hunt.

During the summer months, we exercise the hounds in Hitchcock Woods on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

Aiken Hounds would also like to especially thank David Raley for his help and support with our Penn-Marydels.

The Aiken Hounds' kennels are located on Dibble Road in Aiken adjacent to the Hitchcock Woods. The kennels were built in 1999 and are dedicated to the memory of Dolly von Stade Bostwick, former Master of the Aiken Hounds and a most devoted hound person.
